You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a safe manner consistent with all applicable laws, rules, firearm safety practices, range rules, and manufacturer instructions.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all training is lawful, safe, and appropriate for your location, equipment, skill level, and environment.

Dry fire practice must only be performed with unloaded firearms, in a safe direction, in a safe environment, and with all live ammunition removed from the training area.

The Service does not provide tactical, law-enforcement, military, self-defense, room-clearing, combat, or real-world engagement advice. Any feedback provided by the Service should be treated as general training guidance only.

All content generated by the Service is for informational and educational purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, performance improvement, match results, safety outcomes, or suitability for your specific circumstances.

You assume all risk associated with using the Service and applying any information provided by the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating or updating your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, attempt to bypass feature restrictions, abuse system resources, or use the Service for unlawful or unsafe purposes.

Certain features require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Subscription pricing, included features, and billing intervals will be shown before purchase.

For web subscriptions processed through Stripe, users may manage or cancel their subscription through the subscription management flow provided by the Service or by contacting support when needed.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms and policies.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by Google Play and subject to Google Play's terms and policies.

We may offer limited promotional pricing, including founding member pricing, early access pricing, or discounted subscription offers.

Promotional pricing may be limited by time, availability, eligibility, number of users, platform, or other conditions stated at the time of offer.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers, provided that existing billing commitments will be handled according to the terms shown at the time of purchase and applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including training notes, match results, uploaded images, uploaded audio, feedback, and related materials ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant Dry Fire AI Coach LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, transmit, display, and use that content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content is lawful and that you have the right to submit it.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI-generated responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing and evaluating all responses before relying on them. The Service does not guarantee any particular training outcome, classification result, match performance, or safety result.

All software, branding, text, design, features, prompts, workflows, and other materials provided by the Service are owned by Dry Fire AI Coach LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit any part of the Service except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dry Fire AI Coach LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law, rule, or rights of another person.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the Company or others, abused the Service, or used the Service in an unsafe or unlawful manner.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Canceling a paid subscription stops future billing but does not automatically delete your account unless a deletion request is submitted.

Some information may be retained as required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, tax, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
